外教招聘并不是一件简单的事

外教推荐过程并非一帆风顺，充满了坎坷与辛酸。之前我们分享过外教招聘推荐过程中的经验之谈，也可以说是汲取了教训。今天就来说一说外教推荐过程的那些痛苦的瞬间

没有什么事情比“煮熟的鸭子飞了更让我们沮丧的了。很多外教在经历初试，复试等等种种考验，顺利过关后，却突然告诉我们去不了学校了，这是让我们十分痛苦甚至不能理解的。原本一切看起来如此的顺利，却毫无征兆的离开，正如热恋中的我们，突然毫无原因的被甩，那感觉只能用一个词来形容：不爽。更有甚者在我们联系了长达数月，一切进展顺利，学校已经开始为外教办签证了，甚者已经办下来了，外教却说来不了了，对于这样的外教，我们通常会称之为“不靠谱”外教。之后也会提醒同事不要推荐这类外教。

当然除了这些“不靠谱”的外教让我们痛苦外，还会有各种各样的学校让我们头痛不已。一些学校已经和外教在面试时就说好了细节以及福利待遇，甚者将其写进了合同里。而当外教到校后，甚者临近发工资时，却临时反悔，并没有许诺给外教（招聘一个外教）这些待遇，最终调解不成的话只能一拍两散，不仅学校觉得外教不好，甚至外教觉得我们没有推荐好的学校，而对我们不同的埋怨，解释也解释不清，甚是痛苦。
