聘请外教的你了解吗？
1、聘请外教的单位自主与外籍求职人员谈定聘请条件，签订聘请合同，专文报所在地教育行政主管部门（省管院校直接报省教育行政管理部门）。

需为外教提供的条件一般为：

1）国家对外教的工资规定的最低标准为每月2200元/人，上不封顶；

另外，因许多聘请单位聘请时间紧急，国内不少省、市可以同意各单位让外教先申办旅行签证来华，入境后在一个月内由聘请单位代为更改签证字头。

外教来单位后还需及时办理以下手续：
