英语听力训练有什么技巧？

　　英语外教老师提示大家在练习听力之初，我们可以以多听为主，在家里，家长们可以让孩子充分利用一切休闲时间去听英语。如在孩子们起床时、早饭时、晚饭后、洗澡时、睡觉前等等一切可以利用的时间，播放英文录音或者歌曲，反复听，随意听。渐渐地孩子对内容熟悉了，自然而然耳朵就习惯了听英语。

　　At the beginning of listening practice, we can give priority to listening more. At home, parents can make full use of all leisure time to listen to English. For example, when children get up, at breakfast, after dinner, when they take a bath, before they go to bed and so on, they can play English recordings or songs, listen to them repeatedly and at will. Gradually the children are familiar with the content, and naturally their ears are used to listening to English.

　　有了泛听的基础，我们就要进一步考虑如何提升听力的质量。在实际授课过程中，我发现，学生最难把握的语音点通常是连读和停顿。往往学生能听懂的是一些单词，可当其置于句中、融入语篇时，便出现了很多问题。

　　With the foundation of extensive listening, we should further consider how to improve the quality of listening. In the actual teaching process, I found that the most difficult voice points for students to grasp are usually continuous reading and pause. Often students can understand some words, but when they are placed in sentences and integrated into the text, there are many problems.

　　连读：英语的句速是由重音的间距来决定的，有时在一拍时间内要连续发多个音，于是单词与单词之间就需要首尾相连，由前一个单词的末尾音节与后一个单词的起首音节相连，这就构成了连读。

　　Continuous reading: the sentence speed of English is determined by the spacing of stress. Sometimes, multiple sounds are made continuously in a beat of time, so the words need to be connected end to end. The last syllable of the previous word is connected with the first syllable of the next word, which constitutes a continuous reading.

　　英语的停顿是为了增强语言的感染力和表现力，便于更好地表达说话人的思想感情，引起听者的共鸣，同时也突出了语言的旋律美和节奏美。有些学生在进行听力训练时，误将句中的停顿听成是句与句的停顿，不能正确地把前后部分关联起来，结果错误地理解全篇内容。

　　The purpose of English pause is to enhance the language's appeal and expressiveness, to better express the speaker's thoughts and feelings, to arouse the audience's resonance, and to highlight the melody and rhythm beauty of the language. Some students mistakenly listen to the pause in sentences as the pause between sentences when they are listening. They can't relate the front part and the back part correctly.

　　所以我们在听的时候，要注意听其语音语调，有意识地记忆与模仿。这样可以丰富我们的听力知识，同时能够提高我们听力的准确率。

　　So when we listen, we should pay attention to the voice tone, consciously remember and imitate. This can enrich our listening knowledge and improve our listening accuracy.
