1.看美剧，找你喜欢的一部，当然一定要生活化一点儿的，比如《老友记》《生活大爆炸》什么的。喜欢就有看下去学下去的动力。遇到短小精悍的实用句子，直接背下来即可。我常常用这个方法提高口语，关键时候还真派上用场!

2.买一些有CD的英语学习书，当然要以兴趣为第一位。比如：我买过一本生活化比较强，句子偏短的《别笑，我是英语口语漫画书!》就挺好。

4.背单词，大声读出来。每天早上最好背10-20个单词，持续积累单词量。学习一些基础语法，简单的主、谓、宾和定、状、补的运用。重复大量读句，发声要大，嘴型要夸张，别怕读错，记得纠正。睡前要听一些听简单英语句子，熟悉发音，领会意思。

Learn some basic grammar, simple use of subject, predicate, object and definite, adverbial and complement.
