外教招聘的试用期要注意什么?

  一、外教的薪资要合理

  学校要跟外教沟通好试用期的细则,在试用期间,不能有减薪的行为,如果学校有这样的规定,那么必须在面试的时候,将此事告知外教,说清楚试用期期间的薪资是多少,转正之后的薪资是多少,千万不可以之前谈好的薪资,入职后进行减薪,这样外教肯定不同意,试用期就可能马上离职。
