1、 Geographical location.
For a long time, it has been much easier for cities in the south to recruit foreign teachers than cities in the north or remote cities in the West. Often, most of the school recruitment conditions are: we want white female foreign teachers from mother tongue countries, and young and beautiful ones are OK. In their opinion, such conditions are very common and easy, but what many people who recruit foreign teachers don't understand is that foreign teachers are not placed on the counter like commodities with the price marked on them. They can buy what they like as long as they can afford the corresponding price. Foreign teachers are independent people who have their own soul and ideas. They will have their own judgment ability. Whether they like the city and whether the salary can meet their expectations are all factors for foreign teachers to choose your unit. It doesn't mean that if you like it, they can go where they want to go. This idea must be properly changed. Of course, in all aspects, it is easier to recruit such native white foreign teachers in units with comparative advantages in salary and urban location.
3、 The nature of the recruitment unit.
Domestic recruitment units are generally divided into: full-time public schools, full-time private schools, and more training institutions. Generally, this full-time public or private school is the first choice for most native language foreign teachers. It is a weekend, and there are few class hours per week, which is relatively relaxed. In addition, there will be winter and summer holidays. Training institutions are basically closed on Mondays and Tuesdays every week. They usually have classes in the afternoon and evening and all day on weekends. Generally, they also have shift time and work for a long time. Even if the salary is high, some foreign teachers may not be able to consider this. Therefore, when recruiting foreign teachers, general training institutions need to adjust the requirements appropriately. For example, they can accept foreign teachers with skin color, or they can consider foreign teachers with good pronunciation and experience in all aspects of non-native language. This is also a good choice.
4、 The interviewer should pay attention to some details when interviewing with foreign teachers.
Sometimes the following situations occur. Before the interview with the foreign teacher, the foreign teacher looks at some introductions of the school, and the interviewer looks at the resume of the foreign teacher. Both of them feel quite satisfied. But after the interview, there will be situations that the foreign teacher does not consider or the interviewer does not consider. In fact, it is not some essential problems, but some details. A few days ago, I met a northern school and recommended a pair of foreign teachers to them. Before the interview, I felt good through a simple understanding of both sides, and I was looking forward to the interview.
