影响外教招聘的因素有哪些?

  一直以来在给全国各地不同的招聘单位推荐外教,大部分单位都是能够找到合适的外教资源的,但是有一小部分的单位就迟迟没有找到合适的外教招聘,总结了以下几点原因:

  一,地理位置的因素影响。

  一直以来,南方的城市就比北方的城市或者西部比较偏僻的城市招聘外教容易得多,很多外教也是奔着南方的城市来的,尤其是比较扎推于广东那边的城市。南方城市地理位置优越,气温也比较事宜,不会太热或者太冷,反而北方,尤其是非常靠北的城市,一到冬天就非常冷,他们就觉得这样的城市适宜居住度不是很高,可能就会直接不考虑那边的城市了。

  一般外教分为这几种类型:母语国家的,非母语国家的,男性,女性,白人,黑人或者棕色皮肤的。往往有一大部分的学校招聘条件都是:我们就要母语国家的白人女性外教,而且年轻貌美的就行。在他们看来这样的条件很普通,很容易,但是很多招聘外教的人不了解的是,外教他们不是像商品一样,摆在柜台上,上面标明价格,看中的,只要付得起相对应的价格就可以买走。外教他们是一个独立的人,是有自己的灵魂思想的,会自己有判断能力,是不是自己喜欢的城市,薪资是不是能达到他们的期望要求,这些都是外教是否选择你这边单位的因素,并不是说你这边看中了,让外教去哪里,他就能去哪里的。这个想法一定要适当的改变一下才好。当然各方面,不论在薪资还是城市位置都比较有优势的单位,就比较容易招聘到这样的母语白人外教。

  三,招聘单位的性质。

  国内招聘的单位一般分为:全日制的公立学校,全日制的私立民办学校,更多的是培训机构。一般这种全日制的公立或者民办学校是大部分母语外教的第一选择,是周末双休,而且每周课时少,比较轻松,再加上会有寒暑假。培训机构呢,基本上都是每周的周一、周二休息,平时是下午-晚上上课,周末全天上课这样,一般还都有坐班时间,工作时间比较长,即使薪资给的高,有的外教也并不一定能考虑这样。所以一般培训机构招聘外教的时候,需要适当地调整下要求,比如可以接受有肤色的外教,或者是说可以考虑那种非母语的发音,经验各方面都不错的外教,这样也是不错的选择。

  四,面试官跟外教面试时要注意一些细节问题。

  有时候会出现以下情况,在面试官跟外面试之前,外教通过看学校的一些介绍,面试官通过看外教的简历等,他们双方都是觉得比较满意的。但是等到面试完就会出现,外教不考虑或者面试官不考虑了的情况。其实并不是一些本质性的问题,而是一些细节方面影响的。前几天遇到一个北方的学校,给他们推荐了一对外教,面试之前通过对双方简单的了解都觉得不错,也很期待面试,我们也认为学校跟外教这场面试的结果一定是完美的。
