1. Has the foreign teacher completed the contract

Generally, the original school is generally unwilling to cooperate. The original school has spent a lot of time and energy on visa processing for foreign teachers, including before and after entering the country. Leaving without completing the contract will cause great losses to the school, and the school does not cooperate, If the foreign teachers cannot get the dismissal letter and cancellation letter, the new school will not be unable to handle work visas for the foreign teachers.
2. The original school cannot be released
For foreign teachers who need to be transferred, we must ask, when will the contract be completed, and will the school give the dismissal letter? During the epidemic, there was a shortage of foreign teachers' resources. When many foreign teachers who completed the contract proposed to be dismissed, the original school would retain the current foreign teachers by raising wages and reducing class hours. 3. Completion of contract / expiration of contract
Some foreign teachers don't understand the transfer matters, and they don't contact the school until the end of the contract to say that they need to leave. Many schools get residence permits and work permits that expire at the same time. If the foreign teacher puts forward that the time of leaving is too late, his residence permit will automatically expire, so there is no dismissal. It belongs to the automatic expiration of work permits, and there will be no cancellation problem. Then there is no way to transfer.
4. Stay visa cannot be transferred:
During the epidemic, many foreigners have stay visas. They go to the Immigration Bureau to extend their visas once a month, and some have extended their visas for two months. Like this kind of visa, many cities can't transfer employment, saying that they don't give stay visas to transfer employment, so when dealing with transfer employment, we must ask clearly that cities are different, so the policies are also different!
5. No criminal record
Generally, cities do not need to have a domestic criminal record, as long as they have a previous criminal record. However, some cities need the certificate of no criminal record of residence in the last year issued by the school station before, and they need to go to the police station under their jurisdiction to issue it.
6. Work permit (work permit)
Generally, native language foreign teachers are English teacher positions, which belong to cultural and educational work visas, and they are relatively better employed. However, for some foreign teachers from non-native countries, some schools employ foreign teachers in small languages, such as Russian, Spanish or art teachers. 7. Recommendation letter
