外教招聘中决定是否成功的因素是什么？
住宿。这是外教找工作的时候考虑的最为重要的一个因素。由于生活坏境和文化背景的差异，外国人比我们中国人更注重个人隐私，所以基本上没有外教能够接受合住的公寓。而且他们喜欢自己在家做饭吃，所以厨房是公寓里不可缺少的一部分。很多学校为了省租房的费用可能会给外教安排学校的单身公寓，厨房客厅卧室等全是在一间房里，这是外教接受不了的，学校给的待遇再高，因为这样的住宿外教就不愿意去了。所以还不如多花点费用在住宿上，这样更吸引外教。如果有可能的话，面试的时候就把住宿照片发给外教，让他们看一下以后的住宿环境，提高真实性，可能对他们更有说服力。

合同。既然学校和外教双方都彼此满意的话肯定会签书面合同，但是很多学校签完后并不按合同上的条款实行。比如，本来说好是周末休息，但是因为有活动或招生，周末需要加班，休息时间需另外调整。还比如，由于学生数量增加，不经过外教同意随意增加课时数量，或者本来同意给外教买保险，但是外教真出事后发现并没有买保险。这些都会影响外教对学校的印象，如果学校真给外教留下欺骗的印象，那外教离走就不远了。所以，一旦签订合同，双方都必须严格按照合同执行，这样才能确保长期合作。
