学校聘请外教的一般程序是什么？

第一步：

委托单位首先将以下资料通过邮件发给外教网，或者直接拨打我们的联系电话。

聘用的外教的具体要求（如外教性别、年龄、国籍、学历、专业、工作和教学经验等）；

第二步：

收到学校老师发来的邮件后，外教人才网将及时作出回复，我们将按照学校的具体要求在我们所有的申请者里挑选出相应的外教人选并将他/她的简单资料（个人简历、最后学历证明、护照复印件等资料）通过邮件发给学校；同时我们将学校的基本情况、聘外教要求和学校跟外教签订的合同样本发给外教供外教参考，看看外教意向；

第三步：

如果双方或是有一方不同意，那么当然我们再作配对；如果双方都有意向，那么我们让为你们提供进一步交流、洽谈了解的机会。具体做法是，我们将跟学校签订一份外教聘用中介协议，然后邀请学校相关老师跟外教进行直接沟通交流，进一步增进了解，加强合作意向，如果需要，学校老师还可以跟外教通话，了解一下外教的口音、口头表达能力、其他能力情况等；
